The 2.5mm CleanStixx™ fiber optic swabs are a reliable, inexpensive tool engineered for cleaning fiber optic end faces in ports, mating sleeves or sockets of high-speed fiber optic networks. These tools will out-clean any other fiber optic cleaning swab, and work great on SC, ST, FC, E2000, OptiTap-style ports, MIL DTL 83526 TFOCA style socket termini, and other 2.5mm hardened connector systems. Importantly, these will clean the entire end-face, not just the contact zone.
